All submissions to the Online Photo Club must be original photographs taken by the participant. Accepted file formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP, and images must not exceed 1MB in file size. Photos should not contain visible watermarks, borders, or excessive text overlays. Participants are expected to follow ethical photography standards, including respecting wildlife, private property, and individuals’ privacy when capturing images.
Each member may submit up to two photos per category each month. Basic photo editing such as color correction, cropping, and exposure adjustment is allowed, but images should not be misleading or falsely represented. Any content deemed offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated to the photography theme will be removed. By submitting images, participants grant the club permission to display photos on the website for educational and promotional purposes.
